We invite oral and poster abstract submissions from researchers, industry experts, and other professionals across the cereal science and pulses sector.
Selected abstracts will be featured as oral presentations in dedicated conference sessions. Oral submission deadline:
May 15th 2025
We also welcome poster submissions covering a wide range of topics related to cereal science, grain processing, pulses, sustainability, nutrition, and innovation. Poster submission deadline: August 11th 2025

Please mind during submission:
- Abstract title - Maximum word limit is 30
- Presentation type - Oral or poster
- Presenting author - Name, email institution and country
- Co-authors - Name, email, institutions and country
- Abstract text - Minimal word limit is 150, maximum 370
- Keywords - Maximum five
- References - Maximum five
- A photo of the presenting author - Upload file
- Biosketch of the presenting author - Upload file
Submission limit: Up to 1 oral and 2 poster abstracts.
For preparation of the final poster please mind:
- Posters shall be prepared as print in format A0 (portrait) und provided as print onsite at the venue,
- Additionaly send your final poster file as PDF to us by email (min. A3 - for inclusion in the event app),
- No specific requirements regarding poster layout, but the ICC logo shall not be used for this purpose,
- No print service can be offered on-site.
Payment of the registration fee can be done anytime, but latest within 14 days after abstract approval to be included in the programme/Book of Abstracts.
